Description of Chalet Vert...

Chalet Vert is our latest project, designed to match the needs of so many people who have previously asked us for accomodation that is cheap and cheerful, friendly and informal, a home away from home - with really comfy beds & easy access to great skiing...

We're confident that we've answered these demands, with 2 lovely twin/double rooms available on a B&B basis, and a third loft room suitable for youngsters.

To make your ski holiday even simpler and cheaper, we will provide you with a pack lunch from €5, and there's even the options of catered evenings in the chalet (ask for more info on this!). That said, we're within walking distance of the town centre with multiple restaurants, bars, shops and clubs - and we're just a short stroll away from Domain De Mont Joly - a complex with bar, great restaurant, spa suite and indoor pool. We also run a well-stocked honesty bar for the use of guests.

Chalet Vert is within walking distance from the ski-lift, but why walk when the main ski-bus stops outside. There's plenty of (flat) parking with easy access both at the chalet and the lift station, though we suggest that you may want to try taking the train to St Gervais. It's very easy, with 1 change in Paris, you can sleep all the way from there in a couchette, and we'll happily pick you up from the station - carbon guilt-free!

First Floor

• Bedroom 1: Double room in a traditional French style, super comfy bed, and a great view of Mont Truc and the Domes De Miage.
• Bedroom 2: Twin or superking room, super comfy beds and views of Mont D'Arbois.
• Shared bathroom & toilet: Bath and (powerful) shower. With a gap of 15 minutes between showers there's unlimited hot water (sadly lacking in many chalets!).
• Dining Room with seating for 8 people.
• Private(ish) kitchen.

Second Floor

• Optional bedroom 3: suitable for 2 children.
